By choosing to save your art to the Community Gallery, you grant Kaleidoscope a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Service for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you or we remove your content from our systems.

You agree not to create or upload any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to interfere with the proper working of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content and terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Our AI suggestion feature is provided for entertainment and inspiration. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of the suggestions. The use of AI is subject to the terms of our third-party provider (Google Gemini). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the AI features complies with all applicable laws and terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KALEIDOSCOPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALEIDOSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
